Jennifer Brown Day is a graduate of Paintsville High School (2000) and  Georgetown College (2004). She is the current Pikeville Location Manager for Redd, Brown & Williams Real Estate Services, is an Affiliate Broker (2008), and a Certified Residential Appraiser. Jennifer has 16 years of real estate services experience, has been a Multi-Million Dollar real estate producer for 12 years, and in 2021 reached the goal of $10,000,000 in sales for the year. Jennifer has significant Property Manager experience, as well as over 12,000 hours of appraisal experience, and is currently working toward her Certified General Appraisal License. Jennifer is a proud third-generation family member of Redd, Brown & Williams Real Estate, a company established by her grandfather in 1950.  

Jennifer is currently a member of various community organizations including the City of Pikeville Economic and Industrial Authority, Cedar Creek Assisted Living Community Board, Big Sandy Community and Technical School Board of Directors, and St. Francis Catholic Church parish council. She is a past Chair of SouthEast Ky Chamber of Commerce, past Chair of the Pike County Relay For Life, and past Chair of the Pikeville Main Street Board.  

Jennifer is married to Matt Day and has two children, Aryahna (18) and Nolan (16). Jennifer and Matt reside in Pikeville, KY, and work diligently to promote the rural Eastern Ky area they both love.
