Steve Cline of The CLINE Team is a sales associate and broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Partners Realty where he works with his wife, Angi.  He is a member of the REALTOR Association of Southern Kentucky (RASK), Kentucky REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.

Cline has been a REALTOR for over 30 years and has served the real estate industry at the local, state and national levels.  In 2018 Cline served as President for Kentucky REALTORS.  He was also on the Board of Directors, Delegate Body, and Leadership Team.  He has been President-Elect, Treasurer, Treasurer-Elect, and a member of the Investment, Strategic Planning and Finance committees, the Legislative Quick Response Team and served as Trustee for both the Kentucky Real Estate Institute (KRI) and the REALTOR Political Action Committee (RPAC), where he also served as chair.  

Cline was a member of the Leadership KAR 2005 and holds the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), e-PRO and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations.  Cline served as president of RASK in 2000, REIS MLS 2005 and 2009, and the Kentucky Chapter of  CRS in 2009 and 2010.  

Locally, he was named REALTOR of the Year in 1997, 2004, 2015 and 2018.  He was twice honored with the Distinguished Service Award.  At the state level, he was named Kentucky REALTOR’s 2015 REALTOR of the Year.  He participated in Leadership Bowling Green where he served as class president and received the Bart Hagerman Award.  

Nationally, he is a major investor and part of the President's Circle in the REALTOR Political Action Committee. He has served as a Federal Political Coordinator for U.S. Representative Brett Guthrie since 2009.  In 2019, he will serve as Co-Chair of Medium State Board Forum Committee.  In 2018 and 2017, he served on the REALTOR Party Member Involvement Committee (RPMIC).

In his community, he has served on numerous boards that include Big Brother's Big Sister's, Foster Grandparents Program, Indian Hills Country Club, the Homebuilders Association, the Hilltoppers Athletic Foundation as well as Bowling Green Quarterback Club President.  He is actively involved with his church, Hillvue Heights and Lakeside Experience.
