The Commercial Core Course is a six hour course developed by the Commission for licensees who specialize in commercial real estate. This is not an introductory level course. The Commercial Core Course will satisfy your requirement for the Core Course.
As with all Commission approved online courses:
- A final exam is required
- Students must pass the final exam with at least a score of 75% in order to receive continuing education credit
- Only one retake exam is permitted
- The course completion date is the date the licensee passes the final exam, completes the course evaluation and is awarded a completion certificate
- The deadline for completing all continuing education is December 31st
